Eligibility

Pejepscot Terrace has a long waiting list, especially for first floor one-bedroom units, so it is best to apply early!

Applicants will need to meet the federally established income guidelines, specific project eligibility requirements, and the criteria set forth in the Pejepscot Terrace Resident Selection Plan.

• Phases I and III Rental Assistance is available for 51 of the 64 units through the Rural Development 515 program. Applicants must meet Rural Development’s definition of an elderly household – 62 and older or have a disability.

• Phase II Rental Assistance is available for all 40 units provided through The Department of Housing and Urban Development 202/8 program. Applicants must meet HUD’s definition of an elderly household – 62 and older or have a disability.

• Phase IV Rental Assistance is available for all 10 units provided through the Department of Housing and Urban Development 202 PRAC program. Applicants must be 62 or older.
